Homeschool gymnastics classes provide a structured physical education opportunity for home-school children (5 yrs – 5 th grade),
focusing on developing gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, and coordination. This class is an introductory to gymnastics and usually
covers basic gymnastics skills on Olympic events like vault, bars, beam, floor, as well as trampolines.

Those students may also join regular classes for more specialized training by gender and apparatus.
